In Deventral, ensuring highest level of security for users is the most critical discipline in addition to accuracy and performance.

To be able to that, we developed Deventral on one of the most trusted cloud-computing platform, Microsoft Azure in terms of both application development and AI models.

Especially regarding AI models, we utilise Azure OpenAI Service to use the AI model. As stated in their documentation,

Your prompts (inputs) and completions (outputs), your embeddings, and your training data:

• are NOT available to other customers.

• are NOT available to OpenAI.

• are NOT used to improve OpenAI models.

• are NOT used to improve any Microsoft or 3rd party products or services.

• are NOT used for automatically improving Azure OpenAI models for your use in your resource (The models are stateless, unless you explicitly fine-tune models with your training data).

• Your fine-tuned Azure OpenAI models are available exclusively for your use.

It is also important to note that, Deventral does not use ChatGPT. GPT models are being used to ensure the technical functionality.
